| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou společnosti Kautex Textron Bohemia spol. s r.o., která optimalizovala svůj materiálový tok, jenž byl velmi dlouho dobu nevyhovující. V první kapitole jsou popsány základní principy logistiky při řízení zásob. V druhé a třetí kapitole je uvedena stručná charakteristika společnosti spolu s detailním popisem optimalizačního procesu. Optimalizace procesu spočívá v zavedení tzv. supermarketu do skladu nakupovaných dílů, kde pomocí barevných kartiček lze snadno identifikovat potřebné komponenty ve výrobě. Je zde i poukázáno na to, že by společnost měla zvážit použití vratných obalů pro vysokoobrátkové komponenty. Tento návrh je pak demonstrován v poslední čtvrté kapitole, kde na seznamu dílů pro nový projekt jsou pomocí analýzy ABC vybrány nejfrekventovanější díly a spočítáno, kolik by byla úspora pro rok 2017 při využití vratných obalů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the Kautex Textron Bohemia Inc. that has optimized its material flow, which has long been inadequate. The first chapter describes the basic principles of logistics in inventory management. Brief characteristic of the company with a detailed description of the used optimization process is described in the second and the third chapter. The optimization process is an installation of the so called supermarket that use coloured cards that show which components are needed in the production. In this chapter, there is also pointed out that the company should use returnable packaging for the most frequented parts. This suggestion is demonstrated in the fourth chapter, where in the company´s new project, the most frequented parts are chosen using the ABC analysis. At the end of this last chapter, the estimation of the savings for year 2017 is calculated, assuming the new approach would be used. at the end of this chapter is calculated a financial savings for year 2017. | en |
