Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zážitkovým kurzem pro kolektiv cateringové společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti zážitkové pedagogiky. Tato část se skládá ze tří kapitol: Zážitková pedagogika, Prostředky zážitkové pedagogiky, Vztah reflexe a cílené zpětné vazby.Praktická část obsahuje přípravu a realizaci zážitkového kurzu pro dospělý kolektiv.Konkrétním cílem bylo připravit a zrealizovat třídenní zážitkový kurz pro kolektiv cateringové společnosti. Cílem tohoto kurzu bylo seznámení nově vznikajícího kolektivu.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on experiential course for employes of cateringcompany. The paper is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical partis specifing basic terminology of experiential pedagogy. This part is containing threechapters namely experiential pedagogy, means of Experiential Education, relationshipreflection and targeted feedback. Practical part contains the preparation andimplementation of experiential course for adult collective. Specific aim of this thesis isto prepare and implement three day experiential course for collective of catering company.
