dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na udržitelnost sociálního podnikání. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení udržitelnosti v sociální a správní oblasti prostřednictvím nástrojů ESG a sady charakteristik ideálního sociálního podniku ve vybrané společnosti PRAKTIK system, s.r.o. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V první kapitole teoretické části je vymezena koncepce udržitelnosti a systémy vykazování informací o udržitelnosti. Ve druhé kapitole teoretické části se práce věnuje pojmům sociální podnikání a sociální podnik. Hlavním výstupem této kapitoly je rozšířená sada charakteristik ideálního sociálního podniku, která je použita v aplikační části pro vyhodnocení udržitelnosti a statutu sociálního podniku u společnosti. Třetí kapitola teoretické části se blíže zaměřuje na koncepci ESG a standard VSME, kde popisuje jednotlivé dimenze sociální a správní oblasti. Čtvrtou kapitolou počíná aplikační část práce. Na základě informací v jednotlivých faktorech je vyhodnocen celkový stav udržitelnosti společnosti a jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory podnikání. Závěrečná pátá kapitola hodnotí společnost na základě charakteristik uvedených ve druhé kapitole. Výstupem je zhodnocení, zda společnost může být klasifikována jako sociální podnik a zdali je dlouhodobě udržitelná.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis focuses on the sustainability of social entrepreneurship. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the sustainability in the social and governance area through ESG tools and a set of characteristics of an ideal social enterprise in a selected company PRAKTIK system, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part defines the concept of sustainability and the systems of sustainability information reporting. In the second chapter of the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the concepts of social entrepreneurship and social enterprise. The main output of this chapter is an extended set of characteristics of an ideal social enterprise, which is used in the application part to evaluate the sustainability and social enterprise statut of the company. The third chapter of the theoretical part takes a closer look at the ESG concept and the VSME standard, describing the different dimensions of the social and governance domain. The fourth chapter starts the application part of the thesis. Based on the information in each factor, the overall sustainability statut of the company is evaluated and the key drivers of entrepreneurship are identified. The final, fifth chapter evaluates the company based on the characteristics presented in the second chapter. The output is an assessment of whether the company can be classified as a social enterprise and whether it is sustainable in the long term.	en
