Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem hmotnostního podílu složek na tahové vlastnosti vlákenných svazků a směsových přízí. Hlavním cílem je ověření platnosti teorie lineárního mísení na základě experimentálních dat. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše dostupné literatury zaměřené na vztah mezi složením přízí a jejich mechanickými vlastnostmi, především pevností v tahu. Praktická část práce zahrnuje měření vybraných parametrů směsových přízí a realizaci tahových zkoušek. Získaná data jsou následně statisticky zpracována s cílem posoudit vliv hmotnostního podílu jednotlivých složek na výslednou pevnost příze. Výsledky práce přispívají k posouzení použitelnosti teoretických modelů, zejména teorie lineárního mísení, pro predikci vlastností přízí v textilním průmyslu.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of the mass fraction of components on the tensile properties of fiber bundles and blended yarns. The main objective is to verify the validity of the linear mixing theory based on experimental data. The theoretical part includes a literature review concerning the relationship between yarn composition and its mechanical properties, particularly tensile strength. The practical part involves measuring selected parameters of blended yarns and conducting tensile tests. The obtained data are statistically analyzed to assess the impact of component mass fraction on the resulting yarn strength. The findings of this thesis contribute to evaluating the applicability of theoretical models, especially the linear mixing theory, for predicting yarn properties in the textile industry.
