dc.description.abstractThis Diploma Thesis deals with the questions of motivational factors which can influence the pupils on the second grade of grammar school. The theoretical piece of information are noted in the first part of the Diploma Thesis. In the second part are summarized the results of the research. The aim was to find out which aspect of the pupils{\crq} motivation dominates here. The research also deals with the questions whether the students like the school, whether they are future orientated and how intense is the pupils{\crq} need of successful performance. The last part of the Diploma Thesis deals with the effectiveness of awards.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá otázkami motivačních činitelů k učení působících na žáky druhého stupně základních škol. V první části jsou zachyceny teoretické poznatky o motivaci ve škole. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu, jehož prvním cílem bylo zjistit, jaký chrarakter motivace u žáků převládá. Dále se výzkum zabývá otázkou, zda se žákům ve škole líbí, zda jsou žáci perspektivně orientováni a jak silná je u žáků potřeba úspěšného výkonu. Poslední část výzkumu se zabývá efektivitou odměn.cs
