dc.description.abstractNáplní práce je seznámení se s programovacím prostředí LabVIEW a s problematikou měření bižuterních kamenů pomocí malých kamerových systémů. Práce je prakticky zaměřena na tvorbu programu pro snímání obrazu z mikroskopu a následné zpracování obrazu v LabVIEW. Dále se práce zabývá popisem programu MicroCapture a způsobu práce s ním. Nakonec je v práci uvedeno srovnání LabVIEW 8.6 a nejnovější verze LabVIEW 2009 pří snímání obrazu z mikroskopu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis provides a comprehensive information of LabVIEW programming environment and the measurement of jewelry by using small camera systems. The practical part is focused on creating practical program to capture images from the microscope and subsequent image processing in LabVIEW. In additional, the thesis also describes MicroCapture software and how to work with it. Finally, the thesis describes comparison of LabVIEW 8.6 and LabVIEW 2009 in taking an image from camera.en
