dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis has been engaged in problems of mistreated, abused and neglected children. It proposed a detailed analysis of the families and children involved with the Battery child syndrome, abused and neglected children, which were handled by the authority of social and law wardship of children in the city of Chomutov during the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. The assignment was divided in two tasks. It was the theoretical part, which described the general problematic of mistreated children with the help of processing and presentation of the expert sources. The practical part was intented on the data collection with the help of the method of analysis of the records and the target was the confirmation or negation of the defined expectation. All the data, presented in this work, were obtain by the analysis of the records and annual statistics, led by the authority for social and law wardship of the children in the city of Chomutov in the above-mentioned period.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou týraných, zneužívaných a zanedbávaných dětí. Kladla si za cíl podrobnou analýzu rodin a dětí, postižených syndromem týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte, kterými se zabýval orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí ve městě Chomutově v letech 2005, 2006 a 2007. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů popisovala všeobecnou problematiku dětí týraných, zanedbávaných a zneužívaných. Praktická část práce se pak pomocí metody analýzy spisové dokumentace a statistických údajů zaměřila na rozbor údajů vedených orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a potvrzení či vyvrácení stanovených předpokladů. Veškeré údaje, uvedené v bakalářské práci, byly údaje získané analýzou spisové dokumentace a ročních statistik, vedených orgánem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí ve městě Chomutově za výše uvedená období.cs
