Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je přinést pohled na to, do jaké míry ovlivňuje průmyslová zóna Škoda Auto Kvasiny míru nezaměstnanosti, vývoj a strukturu trhu práce v okrese Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je založena na základě odborné literatury a vědeckých článků. Dalšími zdroji informací a statistických dat je ČSÚ, MPSV, MPO a výroční zprávy Úřadu práce ČR a společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. První část bakalářské práce se věnuje teoretické problematice trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a její dopady, v druhé polovině teoretické části jsou uvedeny determinanty ovlivňující úspěšnost na trhu práce, dále jsou zde představeny průmyslové zóny a zdroje jejich financování. Úvodní kapitola analytické části bakalářské práce se věnuje charakteristice okresu Rychnov nad Kněžnou a následnému vývoji míry nezaměstnanosti v celém kraji. Poté je rozebrána struktura uchazečů o práci a volných pracovních míst a determinanty představené v teoretické části. Později je představen výrobní závod Škoda Auto v Kvasinách a jeho vývoj v počtu zaměstnanců v porovnání s dalšími významnými zaměstnavateli v okrese. Na závěr je vytvořena alternativní míra nezaměstnanosti, která má za cíl podat lepší pohled na vliv průmyslové zóny Kvasiny. Tato alternativní míra nezaměstnanosti se zakládá na možnosti, kdyby automobilový závod v Kvasinách neprošel zásadním rozvojem, započatým v roce 2015 s výsledkem vysokého nárůstu nových pracovních míst. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit do jaké míry ovlivňuje závod ŠKODA AUTO v Kvasinách trh práce, respektive zda snižuje míru nezaměstnanosti a jak formuje pracovní trh okresu Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Hlavním přínosem této bakalářské práce je dokázání o výhodnosti průmyslové zóny z hlediska snižování míry nezaměstnanosti a jistoty zaměstnání pro občany s nižším vzděláním.
The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to provide an overview of the extent to which the industrial zone Škoda Auto Kvasiny affects the unemployment rate, development and structure of the labour market in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou district. The theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis is based on professional literature and scientific articles. ČSÚ, MPSV, MPDO, annual reports of the Labour Office of the Czech republic and ŠKODA AUTO a.s. are other sources of information and statistical data. The firs part of the bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical issues of the labour market, unemployment and its impacts, the second half of the theoretical part includes determinants which affect success in the labour market, than there are presented industrial zones and sources of their finances. The introductory chapter of the practical part of the bachelor´s thesis deals with characteristics of the Rychnov nad Kněžnnou district and the development of the unemployment rate in the whole district. Than there is presented the structure of job seekers and vacancies and determinants which were presented in the theoretical part. Later, there is manufacturing facility of Škoda Auto in Kvasiny presented and its development of employees in comparison with other major employers in the district. Finally, there is an alternative unemployment rate created, which aims to provide a better view of the impact of the Kvasiny industrial zone. The alternative unemployment rate is based on the possibility that the manufacturing facility in Kvasiny would not have undergone the major development, which began in 2015, resulting in high increase of new job vacancies. The main goal of the bachelor´s thesis is to find out to what extent the ŠKODA AUTO manufacturing facility in Kvasiny affects the labour market, respectively if it reduces the unemployment rate and how it shapes the labour market in the district of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The main benefit of this bachelor's thesis is to prove the benefits of the industrial zone in terms of reducing the unemployment rate and job security for people with lower education.
