Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje aktuální problematice společenské odpovědnosti firem. Konkrétně se zabývá vlivem CSR na konkurenceschopnost vybraného bankovního institutu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na podstatu CSR, její historii. Dále zkoumá teoretické přístupy společenské odpovědnosti, argumenty pro implementaci nebo způsoby hodnocení CSR. Samotná kapitola patří problematice konkurenceschopnosti a její návaznosti na společenskou odpovědnost. Praktická část práce je vypracovaná na základě dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je analyzovat vliv CSR na konkurenceschopnost vybrané banky s využitím dotazníkového šetření.
The bachelor thesis deals with current issues of corporate social responsibility. Specifically, it deals with the impact of CSR on the competitiveness of a selected banking institution. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the essence of CSR, its history. It also examines theoretical approaches to social responsibility, arguments for implementation or methods of CSR evaluation. The chapter itself belongs to the issue of competitiveness and its connection to social responsibility. The practical part of the work is developed on the basis of a questionnaire survey. The aim of this work is to analyze the impact of CSR on the competitiveness of a selected bank using a questionnaire survey.
