dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou rozdílů ve schopnosti empatie u mužů a žen. Nejprve je nastíněn historický vývoj pojmu empatie, dále jsou představeny definice tohoto pojmu ve vztahu k různým vědním disciplínám, které se empatií zabývají. Následuje kapitola vysvětlující fylogenetické aspekty empatie. Další tři kapitoly popisují tři rozdílné, ale velmi důležité a zajímavé koncepce empatie. Pro pochopení biologických i společenských faktorů ovlivňujících empatii bylo třeba představit části mozku, které se na ní aktivně podílejí. Druhá část práce je věnována rozdílům v empatii mezi muži a ženami. Jsou zde uvedeny biologické a socializační faktory, které na tyto rozdíly mohou mít vliv.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis handle the issue of differences in empathizing between men and women. At first the historical development of the term empathy is delineated. Then there are several definitions of empathy in relation to different fields of study introduced. The following chapter provides an explanation of fylogenetic aspects of empathy. There is a description of three distinct but very important and intersting concepts of empathy in the next three chapters of the text. Then there is a chapter introducing the empathy brain circuit in order to understand biological as well as socialization related factors which actively contribute to empathizing. The second part of the thesis handles the differences in empathy between men and women. There are the biological and socialization related factors which influence those differences described.	en
