dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou a možnostmi využití bazální stimulace u dětí s kombinovanými postiženími. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza využívání jednotlivých prvků bazální stimulace u dětí s různými typy kombinovaných postižení.Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část charakterizuje jednotlivé oblasti bazální stimulace a objasňuje pojem snoezelen. Zaměřuje se na nejčastější kombinovaná postižení, vymezuje dětskou mozkovou obrnu, mentální postižení, epilepsii a pervazivní vývojové poruchy.Empirická část obsahuje kazuistiky dětí s kombinovaným postižením, uvádí záznamy z pozorování v prostředí snoezelenu a mapuje výsledky z jednotlivých terapií v rámci bazální stimulace. Snaží se pomocí kvalitativního výzkumného šetření u dětí s kombinovaným postižením zjistit preference, možnosti a vhodnost využití jednotlivých metod bazální stimulace. Nejdůležitějším zjištěním je, že techniky bazální stimulace byly přínosné pro děti se všemi kombinacemi postižení. Nejúspěšnější byly především pro děti s dětskou mozkovou obrnou, kde byly vítány všechny druhy stimulací. U ostatních kombinací postižení byla využitelnost velmi rozdílná v závislosti na typech postižení. Stimulace, která byla neoblíbenější u všech dětí bez rozdílu postižení, byla stimulace optická. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuta jednotlivá výzkumná šetření a navržena doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with the problems and possibilities of basal stimulation for children with multiple disabilities. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the use of each of the basal stimulation for children with various types of disabilities combined.The thesis contains theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes the various areas of basal stimulation and clarifies the concept of Snoezelen. It focuses on the most common combined handicap, defines cerebral palsy, mental retardation, epilepsy and pervasive developmental disorder.Empirical part contains case studies of children with multiple disabilities, according to records from observing the surroundings of snoezelen and maps the results of individual therapies within the basal stimulation. They try to use qualitative research for children with multiple disabilities find out preferences, options and suitability of individual methods of basal stimulation. The most important finding is that basal stimulation techniques were beneficial for children with all combinations of disability. The most successful were primarily for children with cerebral palsy, where they were welcomed all kinds of stimulation. For other combinations of disability, was the using very different depending on the types of disabilities. Stimulation, which was the most popular in all children regardless of their disability, was the optical stimulation. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the various research projects and proposed recommendations for teaching practice.	en
