dc.description.abstract	Publikace je zaměřena na formativní a posléze vrcholné období středověkých parlamentů Irska ohraničené lety 1264-1366. Důraz je kladen na vývoj, fungování a profilaci těchto setkání jakožto vhodného prostředku reprezentace zasednuvších magnátů z řad šlechty i duchovenstva. Textová část je rozdělena do celkem pěti souvislých článků, kdy je pozornost zprvu věnována vývoji anglického parlamentu jakožto mateřské instituci irské formy, o jejíž historii, fungování, aktérech a dopadech na správu ostrova pojednávají další kapitoly.Praktickou část práce tvořilo aktivní využívání pramenných podkladů nutných k porozumění, doplnění, potvrzení, a hlavně porovnání získaných poznatků čerpaných z odborné literatury.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The publication focuses on the formative and later peak period of the medieval parliaments of Ireland, bordered by 1264-1366. Emphasis is placed on the development, functioning and profiling of these meetings as a suitable means of representation of the sitting magnates from the nobility and clergy. The text part is divided into a total of five consecutive chapters, focusing on the development of the English Parliament as the parent institution of the Irish form, whose history, functioning, actors and implications for the administration of the island are discussed in other chapters.The practical part of the work consisted of the active use of sources necessary for understanding, supplementing, confirming, and mainly comparing the knowledge gained from the literature.	en
