dc.description.abstractThis paper is focused on options of efficient packaging of individual parts of Octavia A5 automobiles to Russia. It describes processes that are closely connected to manipulation and expedition of these parts. First part contains brief introduction of the company Skoda Auto and its situation on the automobile market. This is followed by information about Russia project, when it was launched and under what circumstances. It starts with the original state of supply of individual car parts as conducted by the logistics department. The theoretical background of packaging optimization is provided as well as design of new alternatives in this field. The most important part of this paper is the calculation of the most efficient loading of both special and universal pallets into containers in such way, so the parts can be safely and efficiently transported to Kaluga, the car manufacturing plant in Russia. This work only covers the packaging of parts for the welding shop. Another important aspect is an economical comparison with other types of packaging. Lastly, there is a discussion concerning management of unusable parts and packaging in terms of re-usability etc. The result of this thesis is the design of efficient loading of packed car parts into containers and savings on transport related to this. There are suggestions concerning alternative packing methods for particular car parts. These methods can be used especially in case of unpredicted situation, such as express car parts delivery.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce řeší efektivní možnosti balení dílů rozložených vozů Octavia A5 do Ruska. Popisuje postup činností a procesů, které bezprostředně souvisí s manipulací a expedicí rozložených vozů. V první řadě je stručně popsána firma Škoda Auto a.s. a její situace na trhu s automobily. Dále obsahuje informace o Projektu Rusko, kdy vznikl a za jakých okolností. Vychází z původního stavu realizace dodávek rozložených vozů prováděných oddělením logistiky a balení. Následují teoretické aspekty optimalizace a návrhy nových možností balení dílů. Nejdůležitější částí této práce jsou propočty co nejefektivnějších nakládek speciálních a univerzálních palet do kontejnerů tak, aby byly bezpečně, účelně a racionálně přepraveny do Kalugy, výrobního závodu automobilů v Rusku. Tato práce sleduje pouze balení dílů pro svařovnu. Důležitým aspektem je i ekonomické porovnání s jinými druhy balení. Na závěr práce je zmínka o hospodaření s nepoužitelnými díly a obaly firmy, jako jejich recyklace apod. Výsledkem této práce je návrh efektivního naložení balených dílů v paletách do kontejnerů a s tím spojené úspory nákladů za přepravu do Ruska. Dále jsou zde navrženy nové možnosti speciálních obalů konkrétních dílů. Tyto návrhy je možno využít zejména v případě nečekané situace, jako například v expresní dodávce dílů.cs
