dc.description.abstractObsahem této diplomové práce je zpracování problematiky spojené s užíváním strojové šicí jehly ve spojovacím procesu. Rešeršní část obsahuje všeobecný rozbor strojové šicí jehly. Popisuje tepelné namáhání strojové šicí jehly v průběhu šití a různé typy měření teploty jehly v šicím procesu. Experiment se zakládá na měření zahřívání strojové šicí jehly za pomoci termovizního měření. Termokamera značky FLIR byla dostupná na Katedře oděvnictví TUL. Z měření byly získány určité hodnoty teplot jehel a objektivně byl zhodnocen vliv vysokého zahřívání strojové šicí jehly na kvalitu šití.cs
dc.description.abstractThe content of this thesis is the processing problems associated with the use of sewing machine needles in the connecting process. The research section contains a general analysis of the sewing machine needle. Describes heat stress machine sewing needle during sewing and various types of temperature measuring needle in the sewing process. The experiment is based on measuring heating of machine sewing needles using thermovision measurements. The thermacam FLIR was available at the Department of Clothing Industry TUL. From measurements were obtained some values of temperature needles and was objectively evaluated the impact the quality of sewing caused by high heating power of sewing needle.en
