Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na strategii podniku XY Café a její význam pro jeho růst a stabilitu. Cílem práce je navrhnout efektivní strategii na základě analýzy prostředí a výkonnosti podniku. Výsledky práce zahrnují identifikaci silných a slabých stránek společnosti a návrh růstové strategie spolu s opatřeními pro zajištění stability. Vlastním přínosem autora je prakticky využitelný strategický návrh pro konkrétní podnik.
