Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením společnosti KOBIT, spol. s r. o. v letech 2013 až 2017 pomocí finančních a nefinančních ukazatelů. První část se věnuje popisu základních pojmů spojených s hodnocením podniku, jsou zde představeny finanční a nefinanční ukazatele společně se způsobem jejich výpočtu a interpretací výsledku. V druhé části je provedena charakteristika analyzované společnosti, její historie a současná situace na trhu. Vybrané finanční a nefinanční ukazatele jsou aplikovány na údajích z účetních výkazů a interních dokumentů za účelem komplexního zhodnocení podniku KOBIT, spol. s r. o. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje celkové shrnutí zjištěných výsledků, na základě kterých jsou vytvořeny návrhy ke zlepšení výkonnosti podniku.
The diploma thesis deals with evaluation of KOBIT, spol. s r. o. in the years 2013 to 2017 using financial and non-financial indicators. The first part provides a description of the basic concepts connected with the evaluation of the company, there are presented financial and non-financial indicators together with the way of their calculation and interpretation of the results. The second part contains the characteristic of the analysed company, its history and the current situation on the market. The selected financial and non-financial indicators are applied to the data from the financial statements and internal documents for the purpose of comprehensive valuation of KOBIT, spol. s r. o. The final part of the thesis contains a summary of the results obtained, on the basis of which proposals are created to improve the performance of the company.
