Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím lidských vlasů jako biosorbentu. Seznamuje čtenáře se základními informacemi o lidských vlasech, sorpci olejů, rovněž s metodami sorpce a prvkovou analýzou vlasů. Obsahem druhé části je ověřění možnosti využití vlasů jako sorbentu oleje z vodné fáze a navrhnout odpovídající testační metodu. Práce rovněž srovnává sorpční schopnosti lidských vlasů s ostatními textilními sorbenty a analyzuje prvkové složení lidských vlasů pomocí metody LIBS a EDS.
The diploma thesis deals with the use of human hair as a biosorbent. It introcudes the basic information about human hair, oil absorption, as well as absorption methods and elemental analysis of hair. The second part of the thesis is to verify the possibility of using hair as an oil sorbent from the aqueous phase and to suggest an appropriate test method. The thesis also compares the sorption capabilities of human hair with other textile sorbents and analyzes the elemental composition of human hair using the LIBS and EDS methods.
