Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou smart textilních senzorů. Z důvodů snadné výroby a následného užívání je výzkumu v oblasti inteligentních textilií věnována značná pozornost. Těchto vlastností je dosaženo aplikací fotochromního pigmentu na textilní materiál pomocí filmového tisku. Sledováno bylo několik závislostí, které zvolené pigmenty poskytovaly. Nejprve byl vyhodnocen průběh fotochromní odezvy pro fázi expozice a reverze pro vybraná pásma z oblasti 250 - 400 nm. Pozornost byla věnována také vlivu intenzity záření zdroje na barevnou reakci pigmentu. Součástí experimentu byla i relace mezi koncentrací pigmentu na textilii a intenzitou maximální barevné odezvy. Měření byla provedena v on-line modu.
This thesis deals with the concept of smart textiles. Why is the attention focused in the area of textile industry? Intelligent textiles are easy to prepare and very easy to use or wear, that is the main reason. There are many tasks to be followed and cleared up. The photochromic pigment is applied by stencil printing. First of all the dependance of color change on the wavelength of excitation was observed. Also the dependence of the color change intensity on the pigment concentration was studied. The last relation mentioned here is the relation between the color change intensity and the intensity of excitation. All measurements were realized by using the on-line measurement system.
