Abstract
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je informovat o možnostech sportování a soutěžích lidí s transplantovanými orgány.
Ke zjištění těchto informací bylo použito anketní šetření, v rámci kterého byly vytvořeny dvě ankety - česká a anglická verze. Česká verze byla rozeslána zástupcům spolků, které v České republice pracují s lidmi po transplantacích (Český tým transplantovaných, Spolek Markéta, Sportovní klub dialyzovaných a transplantovaných a Společnost dialyzovaných a transplantovaných). Anglická verze byla určena pro osoby z ostatních států. Rozeslána byla 35 kontaktním osobám národních týmů, jejichž kontakty byly dohledány na stránkách Federace světových her transplantovaných a na facebookových stránkách jednotlivých federací.
Celkem bylo získáno 51 vyplněných odpovědí, v české verzi 19 a v anglické verzi 32. Z průzkumu vyplynulo, že transplantovaní lidé mají v Česku méně příležitostí ke sportovním aktivitám s lidmi podobného omezení než lidé v zahraničí. Podobnosti mezi českým a mezinárodním prostředím jsou spatřovány ve zdrojích informací o možnostech sportování a v motivačních prvcích k pohybu.
The main goal of the bachelor's thesis is to inform about the opportunities for sports and competitions for people with transplanted organs. To obtain this information, a questionnaire survey was used, within which two surveys were created - Czech and English versions. The Czech version was sent to representatives of associations working with people after transplants in the Czech Republic (Czech Transplant Team, Markéta Association, Sports Club of Dialysis and Transplant Patients, and Society of Dialysis and Transplant Patients). The English version was intended for individuals from other countries. It was sent to 35 contact persons of national teams, whose contacts were found on the websites of the World Transplant Games Federation and on the Facebook pages of individual federations. A total of 51 completed responses were obtained, with 19 in the Czech version and 32 in the English version. The survey revealed that transplant recipients in the Czech Republic have fewer opportunities for sporting activities with people of similar limitations compared to individuals abroad. Similarities between the Czech and international environments are seen in the sources of information about sporting opportunities and motivational factors for physical activity.
