Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou genderových rozdílů, a to především v domácím prostředí. Zaměřuje se na genderové stereotypy, které se promítají jak do partnerských vztahů, tak i do strukturních nerovností společnosti. Charakterizuje proměny úloh partnerů v závislosti na kontinuální modernizaci společnosti a dynamiku jejich měnících se rolí v oblasti dělby práce v domácnosti, rodičovství či na trhu práce.
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of gender differences in our lives and especially in the domestic environment. It focuses on gender stereotypes which reflect in partnerships as well as structural unevennes of the society. The work defines changes between the roles of the partners according to the continuous modernization of the society and it also describes the dynamics of the changing roles in the field of division of labour in households, parenthood and the labour market.
