dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na cestovní ruch z pohledu právních a ekonomických aspektů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, z nichž první část je částí teoretickou a druhá je věnována praktické stránce. Úvodní kapitola v teoretické části, s názvem cestovní ruch, vysvětluje tento pojem, zaměřuje se na historii a dělení cestovního ruchu. Jedna z podkapitol explikuje význam cestovního ruchu pro ekonomiku a rozebírá trh a jeho služby. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na poskytovatele cestovních služeb, jsou zde vymezeny pojmy cestovní agentura, cestovní kancelář a vše, co je s touto problematikou spojeno. Třetí kapitola, právo a cestovní ruch, shrnuje právní předpisy, které se této oblasti týkají. Praktická část je věnována cestovní kanceláři Erika tour. Zaměřuje se na vznik firmy, na činnost společnosti a na zájezdy, které jsou poskytovány. V menší podkapitole je porovnávána autorkou vybraná společnost s konkurenčními firmami. V závěrečné kapitole jsou analyzovány silné a slabé stránky společnosti a jsou poskytnuta doporučení pro zlepšení chodu této firmy v souladu s cílem bakalářské práce.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis focuses on tourism from the perspective of legal and economic aspects. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is the theoretical part and the second part is devoted to the practical aspect. The introductory chapter in the theoretical part, entitled tourism, explains the concept, focuses on the history and division of tourism. One of the subchapters explicates the importance of tourism for the economy and discusses the market and its services. The second chapter focuses on travel service providers, defining the terms travel agency, travel agency and everything related to this issue. The third chapter, law and tourism, summarises the legislation that relates to this area. The practical part is devoted to the travel agency Erika tour. It focuses on the establishment of the company, the activities of the company and the tours that are provided. In a smaller subsection, the author compares the selected company with competing companies. In the final chapter, the strengths and weaknesses of the company are analyzed and recommendations are provided to improve the running of this company in line with the aim of the thesis.en
