Abstract
Obsahem této diplomové práce je zpracování problematiky spojené se šicím procesem dvoujehlového stroje u kožených autopotahů. Rešeršní část obsahuje všeobecný rozbor charakteristik ovlivňujících vzhled stehu. Analyzuje vlastnosti šicích nití, dvoujehlový šicí stroj, šicí proces, průmyslové jehly a spojovaný materiál.Experimentální část je založena na zhodnocení užitných vlastností šicích nití používaných pro výrobu kožených autopotahů. Dále byl analyzován vliv strojních jehel a jejich pootáčení na konečný vzhled ozdobného stehu. Tato část zahrnuje analýzu deformací šicích nití pomocí elektronového mikroskopu a sílou průpichu potřebnou k proražení materiálů. Poslední část se zabývá kvalitou provázání švů.V závěru práce porovnávám vzájemné vztahy mezi použitými šicími nitěmi, koženými materiály a použití různých šicích jehel a jejich pootáčení na vliv kvality ozdobného stehu.
The content of this thesis is the issue related to the sewing process two-needles machines for leather car seats. The search section contains a general analysis of the characteristics affecting the appearance of a stitch. Analyzing the properties of sewing threads, two needle sewing machine, sewing process, industrial needles and associated material.The experimental part is based on evaluation of utility properties of the sewing threads used for the production of leather car seat. It was also analyzed the influence of machine needles and their rotation on the final appearance of decorative stitching. This section covers the sewing thread deformation analysis using an electron microscope and the puncture force needed to puncture the materials. The last part deals with quality of interconnection seams.In conclusion, I compare the relationships between used sewing thread, leather materials, and the use of various sewing needles and their impact on the quality of indexing the decorative stitch.
