dc.description.abstract	My thesis deals with the possibilities of financing the housing needs of individuals in the Czech Republic. The most part is focused on solutions to financing the housing through mortgage credit. The subject of this thesis is to compare the profitability of mortgage products on the Czech market and refute the fact that most financial institutions are always the best for client. The first part is devoted to the current housing situation in the Czech Republic, the history and characteristics of the mortgage credit. In the second part are detailing the various products of all mortgage banks and of two building societies. In the last part of the diploma thesis is solved the test case through specific products of selected financial institutions.	en
dc.description.abstract	Má diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi financování bytových potřeb fyzických osob v České republice. Z větší části je zaměřena na řešení financování bydlení formou hypotečního úvěru. Předmětem této práce je porovnání výhodnosti produktů hypotečních bank na českém trhu a vyvrácení faktu, že největší finanční instituce jsou pro klienta vždy těmi nejlepšími. První část je věnována současné situaci bydlení v České republice, historii a charakteristice hypotečního úvěru. Ve druhé části jsou podrobně rozepsány jednotlivé produkty všech hypotečních bank a dvou stavebních spořitelen. V poslední části je řešen modelový případ pomocí konkrétních produktů vybraných finančních institucí.	cs
