Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na určení vlivu tvrdosti návinu tkaniny na vznik {\clqq}trubičkových fald``. Příčiny vzniku {\clqq}trubičkových fald`` jsem analyzovala ve firmě Mehler Texnologies v Lomnici nad Popelkou. V rešeršní části této práce jsou popsány způsoby vytváření velkonábalu tkaniny na tkacích strojích a možnosti regulace tvrdosti návinu tkaniny ve velkonábalu. Dále je zde popsán navíječ velkonábalu DBH od firmy Rudolf Bauch, navíječ velkonábalu NVS od firmy Cedima a přístroj IMMET pro měření tvrdosti návinu. V experimentální části je popsán navržený a realizovaný způsob měření tvrdosti návinu tkaniny. Dále jsou zde uvedeny naměřené výsledky tvrdostí návinu tkaniny, které jsou graficky znázorněny a v závěru práce vyhodnoceny.
The diploma work is concentrated on purposing influence the hardness of roll`s fabric on development of tube pleats. I analysed the causes of development of tube pleats in the firm Mehler Texnologies in Lomnice nad Popelkou. There are described the ways of creating the fabric´s batch on the weaving looms and the possibilities of regulation the hardness of roll`s fabric in batch in literature search part. There is also described the batch by firm Rudolf Bauch, batch NVS by firm Cedima and apparate IMMET for meassuring the hardness of roll. In experimental part is described devised and realised method of meassuring the hardness of roll`s fabric. There are said the meassuring results of hardness of roll`s fabric, which are graphically represented and evaluated in the end of this work.
