dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením interkulturních rozdílů ovlivňujících česko-německé firemní prostředí, které bývají často zdrojem vzájemného nepochopení a nedorozumění. Teoretická část práce vymezuje zejména termíny kultury samotné, firemní kultury a jejích prvků. Dále jsou zde popsány pojmy interkulturní komunikace a rozdíly pomocí celkového vnímání cizince, sociální komunikace, teorií kulturních dimenzí a standardů a možná řešení a přístupy ke zvládnutí daných rozdílů. Praktická část je zaměřena na vlastní analýzu specifik České republiky a Německa podle kulturních standardů obou zemí, které jsou následně komparovány a je zde nabídnuto doporučení pro zajištění funkční vzájemné spolupráce na základě výzkumu profesora Ivana Nového a Sylvie Schroll-Machl.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis deals with the definition of intercultural differences affecting the Czech-German corporate environment, which are often a source of mutual misunderstanding and misapprehension. The theoretical part of the thesis defines especially the terms of culture itself, corporate culture and its elements. It also describes the concepts of intercultural communication and differences through the overall perception of foreigners, social communication, theories of cultural dimensions and standards, and possible solutions and approaches to managing the differences.The practical part is focused on the analysis of the specifics of the Czech Republic and Germany according to the cultural standars of both countries, which are then compared and offers recommendations for ensuring functional cooperation based on research by Proffesor Ivan Nový and Sylvia Schroll-Machl.en
