Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá modifikací povrchu polyesterové tkaniny DCSBD plazmatem v atmosféře vzduchu a stárnutím této úpravy v čase. V teoretické části je charakterizováno plazma, jeho vlastnosti, rozdělení, dále stabilita úpravy v čase a použité analýzy. Druhá část je soustředěna na vlastní experiment, kdy je stabilita úpravy analyzována metodou XPS, AFM, infračervenou spektroskopií, proužkovým, kapkovým a barvicím testem. Pomocí XPS a infračervené spektroskopie je zkoumáno chemické složení povrchu PES tkaniny, analýzou AFM změny v drsnosti povrchu, změny povrchových vlastností kapkovým a proužkovým testem a barvitelnost PES tkaniny barvicím testem.
This thesis deals with the surface modification of polyester textile fabric with DCSBD plasma in an air atmosphere and the ageing of the modification in time. Plasma, its characteristics, division, and the stability of modification in time, and the analyses used have been described in a theoretical part. The other part is focused on the experiment itself. The stability of modification has been analyzed by way of XPS, AFM, infrared spectroscopy, and striped, drop, and coloring tests. A chemical composition of the surface of PES textile fabric has been studied by means of XPS and infrared spectroscopy, topographical modifications have been investigated by AFM analysis, and the changes of surface properties have been studied using a drop test and a striped test. The dyeability of PES textile fabric has been examined by a coloring test.
