Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem Možnosti externího financování podniku vymezuje možnosti financování investic v podniku. V první části jsou rozebrány možnosti financování jako celek, v práci jsou zmíněny i možnosti interního financování, kterými jsou zejména nerozdělený zisk a odpisy. Hlavní část se však zabývá, jak již název napovídá, externími možnostmi financování, mezi které spadá financování podniku pomocí cenných papírů i alternativními metody. Postupně se okruh práce zužuje na možnosti pořízení majetku pomocí bankovního úvěru nebo leasingu. Závěr teoretické práce se zabývá porovnáváním obou finančních instrumentů, kde jsou zmíněny výhody a nevýhody využití a metoda výpočtu jejich komparace. Ve druhé části práce jsou obě možnosti financování zohledněny v praxi, porovnány a z výsledků jsou vyvozeny závěry jejich výhodnosti pro podnik.
The diploma thesis Possibilities of external financing companies defines the options of financing investment in companies. The first part of the thesis is about a financing as a whole, there is a little bit of internal financing as well, mainly retained earnings and decepriation. The main part of this diploma theisis are the external possibilities how to finance a company. Between external financing belong some type of security and alternative method of financing. After that the work is focused on the financing through the bank credit and financial leasing. In conclusion there is comparison of both type of financing their advantages and disadvantage of using and the calculation method of their advantageousness. Last of all there are both of possibilities of financing allowed for practice, compared and from the results are deduced the differences and better option of financing for the company.
