Abstract
Diplomová práce Rozvoj silových schopností u mládežnických kategorií v klubech biatlonu České republiky se zabývá zjišťováním stavu testování a rozvoje silových schopností ve vybraných klubech biatlonu. Informace byly zjišťovány pomocí ankety distribuované od ledna do března 2016. 7 trenérů zastupující 6 klubů odpovídalo na 22 otázek. 8 otázek zjišťovalo informace o trenérech a klubech, 4 otázky se věnovaly testování a 10 otázek rozvoji silových schopností. Po shromáždění potřebných informací bylo zjištěno, že v klubech českého biatlonu neexistuje uspořádaná struktura či metodika v testování a rozvoji silových schopností. Ani jeden trenér se ve své odpovědi neshodoval s druhým v přístupu testování a rozvoje silových schopností. Ze zjištěných dat a teoretických znalostí bylo navrženo doporučení ke zlepšení situace v oblasti testování, rozvoje silových schopností a využití specifických přístrojů a pomůcek.

Information was collected through a survey distributed from January to March 2016. 7 coaches representing 6 clubs responded to 22 questions. 8 questions to get information about coaches and clubs, 4 questions get information about testing and 10 questions get information about development of power abilities. After gathering the necessary information, it was found that in the Czech biathlon clubs, there is no organized structure or methodology of testing and development of power capabilities. Neither coach is in his responses did not match with another couch in testing and development of power abilities. Using the data and theoretical knowledge was proposed recommendations to improve the situation in the testing, development of power abilities and use special equipment and tools.
