dc.description.abstractThe diploma work is engaged in investment counselling of the company NeWeX Invetment Group, s.r.o. Theoretical bases form an integral part of this document for explication and understanding of investing and investment advisory service. The work defines essential notions of investment branche, types of investment and financial markets. The general rules of investing where the money management belongs to and also various elements of investing which influence an investor during the decision making within the financial appreciation are explained below. Investment instruments represent opportunities of financial markets which an investor can take advantage of and than evaluate their rate of return on investment. The investment counselling is evaluated in term of its yield for a concrete client of investment advisor. Concrete investment recommendations in the past are analysed and their truly reached results are compared with the rate of return on another investment opportunities which have not been used. The work introduces investment recommendation for the concrete client for the nearest period.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou investičního poradenství ve firmě NeWeX Investment Group, s.r.o.. Součástí práce jsou jak teoretické podklady pro vysvětlení a pochopení problematiky investování, tak i služby investičního poradenství. Práce vychází z definování základních pojmů dané oblasti, jako jsou investování, druhy investic a investiční prostředí. Dále vysvětluje základní pravidla investování, kam náleží i problematika money managementu, a také vysvětluje různé faktory ovlivňující investora při jeho rozhodování o zhodnocení finančních prostředků. Investiční instrumenty představují příležitosti finančních trhů, které investor může využít a následně hodnotit jejich výnosnost. Investiční poradenství je v této práci hodnoceného z hlediska výnosu pro konkrétního klienta investičního poradce. Zkoumání jsou podrobena konkrétní doporučení investičního poradce a jejich výsledky pro investora po jejich realizaci. Výsledky uskutečněných obchodů jsou porovnávány z hlediska jejich výnosnosti s nevyužitými možnostmi investování. Práce také předkládá investiční doporučení pro daného klienta v současném období.cs
