Abstract
Předkládaná práce je zaměřena na problematiku čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie v Libereckém kraji pro podporu podnikatelských aktivit. Práce je zaměřena na čerpání finančních prostředků ve dvou úrovních, a to v rámci České republiky a v rámci regionů Evropské unie. Teoretická část práce se skládá ze tří kapitol, jsou v ní obsaženy základní informace o historii EU, cestě České republiky do EU, základní informace o kohezní politice EU, dále informace o strukturálních fondech, jednotlivých programovacích obdobích, kterých se ČR zúčastnila, přičemž stěžejní je programové období 2014-2020. Na konci teoretické části jsou uvedeny operační programy pro programové období 2014-2020, ze kterých může Česká republika čerpat. Praktická část, nazvaná Využití kohezní politiky v praxi vybrané společnosti, pojednává o konkrétním podnikatelském subjektu a jeho možnostech čerpání prostředků ze strukturálního fondu EU. Je rozdělena na tři kapitoly; v první je představen konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt, ve druhé zkušenosti společnosti s čerpáním dotací, závěrečná kapitola se věnuje konkrétnímu podnikatelskému plánu dané společnosti, možnosti společnosti čerpání dotací na něj a jeho cesta k získání dotace
The aim of this work is to assess the disbursement of funds from European Union and options in a particular business entity in Liberec region. This work focuses on disbursement of funds in terms of two different levels. The first level is related to Czech Republic and the second one is connected with regions of European Union. The theoretical part consists of following three sections: basic information about the EU history, how the Czech Republic became a part of the EU, and the basic information about the Cohesion policy of the EU. Another parts describe the information about the Structural funds and various programming periods, which the Czech Republic participated. The main period for this work is programming period 2014-2020. The operational programs for the period 2014-2020, which the Czech Republic can use, are described at the end of the theoretical part. In the practical part is introduced particular business organization and its possibilities of the disbursement of EU Structural funds. The practical part is divided into three sections. The specific business entity is introduced in the first section. Company´s experience with the disbursement offunds from European Union are described in the second section. The last section gives the information about the specific business plan and its way to obtain subsidies. This work provides readers basic information about the disbursement of funds from European Union and advice for project preparation
