Abstract
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou subjektivního vnímání procesu stárnutí u vybraných seniorů. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jak vybraní senioři subjektivně vnímají proces stárnutí. K dílčím cílům patřilo zjistit postoj vybraných seniorů k roli seniora, dále zjistit, jak vybraní senioři hodnotí své stáří, popsat, jak vybraní senioři popisují změny, které jim stáří přineslo, a také popsat, jak se vybraní senioři zvládají vyrovnat se svým stárnutím.Odborná práce se skládá z části teoretické a průzkumné. V teoretické části jsou zachyceny výchozí pojmy týkající se vnímání, stárnutí, stáří, seniorů a ageismu. Průzkumná část charakterizuje realizovaný průzkum a pracuje s daty, která byla získána za použití hloubkového rozhovoru. Kvalitativního průzkumu se účastnili tři seniorky a jeden senior, kteří užívají pobytovou sociální službu domov pro seniory. Práce přináší jedinečné poznatky o subjektivním vnímání stárnutí u vybraných seniorů.
This bachelor thesis deals with a subjective self-perception on ageing held by the elderly people. The main goal was to find out how the elderly subjectively perceive their own ageing process. Partial goals were to find out the attitude of the elderly towards their role of an elderly person, to find out how they evaluate their age, to describe how they characterize the changes their ageing brought them, and finally, to describe how the elderly manage to deal with their ageing.The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, a knowledge from expert literature concerning perception, ageing, old age, and the topic of the the elderly people is presented. The practical part presents the empirical data, which were obtained from a research realized by in-depth interview. Three women and one man which are residentials of social service home for the elderly were participated in qualitative research. The thesis brings an unique knowledge about subjective perception of the elderly.
