dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis The Effect of Pension Reform on the Pension System in The Czech Republic from the Perspective of OVB Allfinanz, a.s. is focused on describing and analyzing the current state pension system in the Czech Republic and its direction. The thesis contains the reasons of pension reform and form of the upcoming pension reform. Last but not least are the possibilities of individual savings schemes for old age needs in the Czech Republic in the form of a pension additional insurance with state benefit, investment, building savings and life insurance. The thesis includes the performance of OVB Allfinanz, and also characterized the potential of this company during the pension reform.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce s názvem Vliv důchodové reformy na penzijní systém ČR z pohledu OVB Allfinanz, a.s. je zaměřena na popis a analýzu současného stavu důchodového systému v České republice a jeho směřování. V práci jsou vymezeny proreformní důvody a podoba připravované důchodové reformy. Dále jsou popsány možnosti individuálních spořících programů pro zabezpečení potřeb stáří v České republice v podobě produktu penzijního připojištění se státním příspěvkem, otevřených podílových fondů, stavebního spoření a životního pojištění. V práci je obsaženo představení společnosti OVB Allfinanz, a.s. a také charakterizován potenciál této společnosti v průběhu důchodové reformy.cs
