Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení vztahu mezi strukturou tkaniny a její prodyšností. Cílem je ověřit některé ze stávajících modelů, umožňujících odhad prodyšnosti tkanin a pokusit se navrhnout nový model. Teoretická část je věnována rešerši vědeckých prací, které se zabývají danou problematikou. V této části práce jsou také popsány vlastnosti tkanin, přízí a vláken, které nejvíce ovlivňují prodyšnost tkaniny. Teoreticky jsou popsány také modely porosity, které jsou ověřeny v experimentální části. Experimentální část je věnována hodnocení vztahu mezi strukturou tkaniny a její prodyšností. Ověřeny jsou modely porosity, model struktury tkaniny a model pro predikci prodyšnosti. Navržen je nový model horizontální porosity.
The thesis is focused on the evaluation of relationship between fabric structure and its permeability. The aim is to verify some of the existing models allowing an estimation of fabrics permeability and try to propose a new model. The theoretical part is devoted to a research of scientific works dealing with thist topic. In this section are described the properties of fibers, yarns and fabrics, which most affects the fabric permeability and theoretically are described models of porosity which are verified in the experimental part. The experimental part is devoted to evaluation of the relationship between fabric structure and its permeability. Verified are models of porosity, model of fabric structure and model for predicting the permeability. New proposed model is a model of horizontal porosity.
