dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s názvem Sociální podnikání v České republice a v Evropě se zabývá problematikou sociálního podnikání na území České republiky a jeho srovnáním se sociálním podnikáním ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Cílem práce je porovnání této problematiky u nás a v zahraničí s přihlédnutím k celoevropským trendům. Zvolená problematika byla řešena pomocí srovnání sociálního podnikání a ukotvení tohoto pojmu na Slovensku, ve Velké Británii, v Itálii, ve Švédsku či například v Německu. Teoretická část práce je věnována konceptu sociálního podnikání a vysvětlení pojmů sociální ekonomika, sociální podnik či sociální inkluze a exkluze. Tato část práce je zaměřena na možnosti podpory sociálního podnikání a sociálních podniků, a také zhodnocení legislativního prostředí pro rozvoj sociálního podnikání u nás i v zahraničí. Praktická část práce se zabývá vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření s cílem zjistit, jaké panuje povědomí o sociálním podnikání mezi obyvateli České republiky a srovnává ho s pohledem sociálních podnikatelů. Závěr práce tvoří zhodnocení výše zmíněného porovnání a pohled do budoucna, jakým směrem by se mohlo sociální podnikání v České republice ubírat.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis titled Social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and in the Europe deals with social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and its comparison with the maturity of social entrepreneurship in the countries of the European Union. The aim of the thesis is to compare social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic and abroad with regard to pan-European trends. This issue was studied by comparing social entrepreneurship in Slovakia, the UK, Italy, Sweden or, for example, in Germany. In the theoretical part, the concept of social entrepreneurship is introduced and an explanation of the terms social economy, social enterprise or social inclusion and exclusion are provided. This part of the thesis focuses on the possibilities of support for social entrepreneurship and social enterprises, as well as the evaluation of legislative development in the development of social entrepreneurship in our country and abroad. The practical part deals with the evaluation of a survey questionnaire in order to find out the degree of awareness about social enterprise existing among the inhabitants of the Czech Republic. In conclusion, an evaluation of the aforementioned comparison is presented and a forecast as to which direction social entrepreneurship could be pursued in the Czech Republic is discussed.en
