| dc.description.abstract | Unemployment is one of four basic macroeconomic features. It shows the economical situation in a given country or region and its potential work force employment. Excessively high percentage of unemployed is a feature of something unhealthy in the economy. This diploma work deals with the unemployment problems in the region Liberec. The diploma work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical one explains the basic terms related to the unemployment problems and the work market. The practical part describes the situation on the Czech work market and there is an analysis of the situation in the region Liberec. This analysis is focused on the individual districts separately. The conclusion suggests the problem solutions. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Nezaměstnanost je jedním ze čtyř základních národohospodářských ukazatelů. Svědčí o hospodářské situaci v určité zemi nebo oblasti a o využití potencionální pracovní síly. Nadměrně vysoké procento nezaměstnaných je projevem čehosi nezdravého v ekonomice státu. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti v Libereckém kraji. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy k problematice nezaměstnanosti a trhu práce. V praktické části je přiblížena situace na trhu práce v celé ČR a je zde proveden rozbor situace v Libereckém kraji, který je zaměřen na jednotlivé okresy zvlášť. V závěru práce jsou navržena řešení problému. | cs |
