dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je šikana na základních školách speciálních z pohledu učitelů. Cílem je charakterizovat šikanu vyskytující se na těchto školách z pohledu učitelů a zjistit její četnost, formu a možnosti prevence. V teoretické části je nejprve charakterizována šikana, její vznik, rozvoj a stádia. Následně se zabývá všemi protagonisty šikany, kde je blíže specifikuje. Dále je popsána prevence šikany a různá preventivní opatření proti šikanování. Na závěr teoretické části jsou definovány základní školy speciální. Empirická část se zabývá průzkumným šetřením, kde popisuje cíl práce, průzkumné otázky, metodu sběru dat a průzkumný vzorek. Nedílnou součástí je i interpretace výsledků průzkumného šetření. Následuje shrnutí výsledků, diskuse a navrhované opatření. Na konci práce je uvedený závěr, seznam použitých zdrojů a seznam příloh.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of the bachelor thesis is bullying in elementary special school from the perspective of teachers. The purpose of this thesis is characterization of bullying in these schools from the perspective of teachers and find out its frequency, form and possibilities of prevention. In the theoretical part is firstly characterized bullying, its origin, development and phases. Subsequently it deals with all the protagonists of bullying and their closer characterization. Furthermore, it describes prevention of bullying and various preventive measures against bullying. At the end of the theoretical part, elementary special schools are defined. The empirical part focuses on exploratory research, describing the aim of the research, research questions, data collection methods and the research sample. An integral part is the interpretation of the research results. This is followed by a summary of the results, discussion and proposed measures. The conclusion of the thesis includes a summary, a list of references and a list of attachments.	en
