dc.description.abstractTo succesfully manage a company that deals with the international trade and to do the financial planning, it is necessary to consider all the risks connected with business these days. One of the most important risks is the risk connected with the exchange rates. The company must take into consideration the influence of the exchange rate according to the current development by the long-term, medium-term and also by the short-term financial planning to make the financial plan correspond to the current state as much as possible. It is used in management as an important base for leading the company. If it is a prime exporter as Škoda Auto a. s. in the Czech Republic, it is necessary to elaborate the detailed plan of the earnings and expenses in the particular exchange rates which the company uses. Based on this foreign exchange rate the company hedges and eliminates the exchange rate risk with a help of the hedging instruments,that are in the market. A lot of different influences effect an export company such as globalization, financial and economical crisis, preparation for implementation of euro, etc. and it is very important to have an efficient management which is able to consider all the influences and take advantage of them to achieve the best possible economical results.en
dc.description.abstractK úspěšnému vedení firmy a finančnímu plánování ve firmě, která se zabývá mezinárodním obchodem, je v současné době nezbytné zvážit všechna rizika související s podnikáním. Jedním z nejdůležitějších je riziko spojené se směnnými kurzy. Firma musí při dlouhodobém, střednědobém, ale i krátkodobém finančním plánování zohledňovat vlivy směnného kurzu podle aktuálního vývoje, aby co nejvíce finanční plán firmy odpovídal skutečnosti a sloužil tak managementu jako důležitý podklad pro řízení společnosti. Pokud se jedná o předního exportéra, jako je v České republice Škoda Auto a. s., je nezbytné, aby byl propracován detailní plán příjmů a výdajů v jednotlivých měnách, které firma využívá. Na základě tohoto devizového plánu firma zajišťuje a eliminuje kurzové riziko pomocí zajišťovacích instrumentů, které trh nabízí. Na exportní firmu působí i mnoho jiných vlivů, mezi jinými i globalizace, finanční a hospodářská krize, příprava na zavedení eura, aj. a je velice důležité, aby firma měla schopný management, který dokáže všechny vlivy zohlednit a využit pro dosažení co nejlepších hospodářských výsledků.cs
