Abstract
Práce se zabývá riziky a přínosy spojenými s prací au-pair nejen pro ně samotné, ale i jejím dopadem na výchovu dětí. Také se zabývá tím, proč se tento fenomén au-pair, nebo v České republice spíše chův, stává v 21. století stále populárnějším. Cílem bylo pomocí výzkumu analyzovat výchovu v rodinách z pohledu au-pair a vyhodnotit přínosy a rizika spojená s působením au-pair v rodině. V teoretické části se zaměřuji především na rizika a přínosy pro au-pair v hostitelských rodinách, ale také pro rodiny samotné. Větší kapitolu věnuji také základním funkcím rodiny a fenoménu au-pair nebo i chův. V praktické části pak vyhodnocuji vybrané otázky z dotazníku, které byly největším přínosem. Dotazník byl uveřejněn online na internetu pro širší sběr dat a získání co nejvíce respondentů z celého světa. Dotazníky byly dva, jeden pro au-pair respondenty a druhý pro hostitelské rodiče respondenty.
The work deals with risks and benefits associated with au-pair work not only for themselves but also their impact on the upbringing of children. Also deals with why this phenomenon au-pair, or in the Czech Republic rather a nanny, is still more popular in 21. century. The aim was to analyze family education from au-pair perspective and to evaluate the benefits and risks associated with au-pair activities in the family. In the theoretical part I focus on risks and benefits for au-pair in host families, but also for the families themselves. I dedicate a larger chapter to the basic functions of the family and to the phenomenon au-pair or also nannies. In the practical part I evaluate selected questions from the questionnaire, which were the most important. The questionnaire was published online on internet for a wider collection of data and the acquisition of as many respondents as possible from the whole world. The questionnaires were two. First one was for au-pair respondents and second one for host parent respondents.
