dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je sociální práce v dětském domově se školou s ohledem na vývoj klientely. Popisuje atributy vývoje klientely, nároky kladené na výkon sociální práce v tomto zařízení pro výkon ústavní výchovy a důležité aspekty související s touto problematikou. Zabývá se rozborem a studií dokumentace dětí umístěných v konkrétním Dětském domově se školou, na jehož základě byly stanoveny znaky klientely v DDŠ. Vývoj a výskyt těchto znaků byl sledován v časovém rozmezí od roku 2002 do roku 2021, a to s ohledem na kompetence a pravomoci sociálního pracovníka v DDŠ a jeho pozici v multidisciplinárním týmu. Výstupem a smyslem této práce je formulace návrhu opatření směřující k inovaci metodiky sociální práce v DDŠ, přičemž předním hlediskem rozboru je aktuální podoba klientely, důvody k umístění do zařízení, původní rodiny a poruchy chování.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of the bachelor thesis is social work in a children's home with school with regard to the development of the clientele. It describes the attributes of the development of the clientele, the demands placed on the performance of social work in this institution for the performance of institutional education and important aspects related to this issue. It deals with the analysis and study of the documentation of children placed in a particular Children's Home with School, on the basis of which the characteristics of clientele in the Children's Home with School were determined. The evolution and occurrence of these characteristics have been monitored over a period of time from 2002 to 2021, taking into account the competences and powers of the social worker in the DDS and his position in the multidisciplinary team. The outcome and purpose of this work is the formulation of a proposal of measures aimed at innovating the methodology of social work in the DDS, with the leading aspect of the analysis being the current from of the clientele, the reasons for placement in the institution, the original family and the behavioral disorders.	en
