dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou sociální práce, kterou realizují pracovníci probační a mediační služby. Jejím cílem bylo popsat stěžejní činnosti spadající do působnosti střediska probační a mediační služby, hlavní principy a formy vzájemné spolupráce mezi klientem a probačním úředníkem. Práce byla tvořena částí teoretickou a praktickou. Po vyhodnocení výsledků praktické části došlo ke stanovení možných opatření. Bylo zdůrazněno, že je nutné zvažovat vhodnost a efektivnost užití trestu obecně prospěšných prací vůči konkrétnímu odsouzenému, jeho osobnosti, spáchanému protiprávnímu jednání a zvážit, zda není vhodné současně uložit dohled probačního úředníka. Dále by bylo vhodné, aby orgány činné v trestním řízení častěji využívaly možnost zapojit probační a mediační službu do případů již v přípravném řízení.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor´s dissertation was concerned with matters of social work that is done by probation and mediation officers. Its goal was to define fundamental pursuits in the field of action of probation and mediation service centre, main principles and forms of mutual cooperation between the client and the probation officer. The dissertation was composed of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part was based on professional sources and it described procedures and methods, according to which probation and mediation service officers work and which they follow during their career. The practical part was focused on social work execution which is carried out by the probation and mediation service partly by clients executing community service punishment (i.e. the first group) and partly by clients with probation supervision (i.e. the second group). By the analyzing method, company records of 25 clients from the first group and 25 clients of the second group were compared. The executed analysis confirmed that social work with clients from the first group is limited to bare supervision of community service punishment execution. In contrast to the first group, by clients from the second group it was verified that regular face-to-face contact lead along to constructive cooperation establishment and to open communication. Social work with this group of clients is based on support issues. The method of guided interview proved acquired statements and data and completed it with personal attitude and views of the probation officers. Possible precautions were set after the results of the analysis of the practical part were assessed. It was highlighted that it is necessary to consider suitability and effectiveness of community service punishment execution towards an individual convicted, their personality, unlawful conduct committed and to consider, whether it is not appropriate to place the probation officer supervision at the same time. Furthermore it would be preferable for law enforcement authorities to use probation and mediation service option by cases in pre-trial degree more often.en
