Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací distribuce výrobků české firmy BASF stavební hmoty Chrudim, spol. s r.o. Snahou i této firmy je, nejen neustále snižování nákladů, zlepšování zákaznického servisu, ale také naplňování vize ekologické firmy. Tyto požadavky jsou reflektovány v řešení této práce, jejímž cílem je návrh účinnější strategie v oblasti distribuce výrobků na území ČR. V práci je nejprve představena společnost, pro kterou jsou jednotlivé návrhy řešeny a dále vybrané logistické postupy. V praktické části jsou popsány nynější způsoby distribuce a naznačeny nedostatky současného řešení. Na základě teoretických poznatků byla následně provedena analýza současného způsobu distribuce. Dále byly zpracovány alternativní návrhy řešení, jež optimalizují procesy distribuce zboží a jeho dodání k zákazníkovi. Výsledkem analýzy a porovnání jednotlivých návrhů je doporučení návrhu na zbudování regionálního skladu
This thesis deals with the optimization of the product distribution of the company BASF Chrudim Ltd. The aim of this company is not only permanent reduction of costs and improvement of customer service, but also fulfillment of the vision of an environmental company. These requirements are reflected in this thesis which aims to design more effective strategies in the product distribution in the CR. The work first presents the company for which the individual suggestions are designed and then selected logistic processes. The practical part describes the current methods of distribution and indicates weaknesses of the present solution. Based on the theoretical findings, the analysis of the current distribution method was done. Next alternative suggestions of solutions, which optimize processes of goods distribution and their delivery to the costumer, were prepared. The outcome of the analysis and comparison of the suggestions is the recommendation of the suggestion to build a regional warehouse.
