Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat vývoj podkrkonošské obce Úbislavice
a osudy jejích obyvatel od počátku Velké války do konce druhé světové války, přičemž pro pochopení celkového kontextu byl sledován i vývoj v regionu. Práce byla založena na studiu pramenů, především archiválií uložených ve Státním okresním archivu Jičín (fondy Archiv obce Úbislavice, Okresní úřad Nová Paka, Národní škola Úbislavice aj.). Stranou pozornosti nezůstal ani dobový tisk.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to map the evolution of a village in Podkrkonoší and the life stories of its inhabitants from the beginning of The Great War to the end of the Second World War, while also tracking the development within the region to understand the full context. The work was based on studying the sources, especially historical records located at the State District Archive in Jičín (funds Archiv obce Úbislavice, Okresní úřad Nová Paka, Národní škola Úbislavice and others). Attention was also given to the period public press.
