Abstract
Disertační práce pojednává o pojmu pojistný podvod postupně z několika pohledů. Především je to současný stav v českém právním řádu, dále vývoj tohoto prostředí a následně srovnání mezi jednotlivými vývojovými etapami, včetně srovnání výhod a nevýhod. Součástí této analýzy je i definice a charakteristika jednotlivých typů pojistných podvodů, a to jak z pohledu vnějšího prostředí, tak i z pohledu vnitřního chápání v pojišťovnách.
The doctoral thesis deals with Insurance Fraud gradually from several points of view. Primarily it focuses on the present state of the Czech legal code, on the development of the environment and consequently it generates a comparison of its development stages including advantages and disadvantages. A part of this analysis also constitutes of a definition and characteristics of individual insurance fraud types based particularly on the outside perspective and internal understanding of fraud by the insurance companies themselves.
