Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma parkování v Jablonci nad Nisou a způsoby, jak tuto problematiku efektivně komunikovat veřejnosti pomocí geokomunikace. Cílem práce je navrhnout využití metod geografických informačních systémů (GIS), které umožní pracovat s prostorovými daty, a zároveň vytvořit soubor map a digitálních aplikací určený pro komunikaci s obyvateli města. V rámci práce byly analyzovány dostupné komunikační kanály města, zhodnocen jejich obsah a byla provedena identifikace zúčastněných stran. Současně byl navržen koncepční datový model, který zachycuje strukturu dat o parkování a jejich vzájemné vztahy. Dále byly vytvořeny výstupy pro tištěnou i digitální komunikaci - konkrétně soubor mapových podkladů a dvě digitální aplikace v podobě interaktivní příběhové mapy a kolekce příběhových map. Výstupy mohou pomoci ke zlepšení orientace a porozumění obyvatel novému systému parkování.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of parking in Jablonec nad Nisou and ways to effectively communicate this issue to the public using geocommunication. The aim of the thesis is to propose the use of geographic information systems (GIS) methods that enable working with spatial data, while also creating a set of maps and digital applications designed for communication with city residents. As part of the thesis, the city's available communication channels were analyzed, their content was evaluated, and the stakeholders were identified. At the same time, a conceptual data model was proposed that captures the structure of parking data and their relationships. Furthermore, outputs for both printed and digital communication were created - specifically, a set of map materials and two digital applications in the form of an interactive storymap and a collection of storymaps. The outputs can help improve residents' orientation and understanding of the new parking system.
