dc.description.abstractCieľom riešenia bakalárskej práce je zistiť, či je možné podlepovať materiály citlivé na tlak (vlasové materiály, s plastickým vzorom a usne) pomocou mikrovĺn, aby nedochádzalo k poškodeniu povrchového materiálu a pevnosť spoja ostala čo najlepšie zachovaná. Úvodná časť popisuje analýzu mikrovĺn a ich využitie v priemysle. Zo získaných informácií bolo možné určiť, aké majú využitie aj v textilnom priemysle. Nasledujúca časť je zameraná na bližšiu analýzu porovnania parametrov, ovplyvňujúce mikrovlnné podlepovanie. Porovnanie parametrov podlepovacieho lisu a mikrovlnky. Podmienky nutné pre podlepovanie textilných materiálov a ich vlastnosti použitia. Záverečná časť popisuje samotný experiment, ktorý analyzuje rozdielnosti podlepovania textilných materiálov na priebežnom podlepovacom lise a v mikrovlnnom zariadení. Na základe zistených výstupov sú získané výsledky, ktoré sú vyhodnotené a porovnané s klasickými spôsobmi podlepovania.cs
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this baccalaureate work is to determine whether it is possible to mount some kinds of pressure sensitive materials (hair materials, with plastic model and hides) by microwave, to avoid damage to the covering material and the joint strength remains the best preserved. The introduction describes detailed analysis of microwaves and their industrial utilization. On the basis of the obtained information it was possible to determine whether microwaves are suitable for use in the textile branch. The next chapter includes on the comparison of a closer analysis of parameters affecting the microwave mounting. Comparison of parameters mounting on through mounting press and a microwave. The conditions necessary for mounting textiles and their properties of use. The final part describes the experiment itself that determines the differences between the textile material mounting on a through mounting press and in a microwave device. On the basic of the determined outputs the results were obtained and subsequently evaluated and compared with conventional ways of mounting.en
