dc.description.abstract	Mining of lignite recorded in the second half of last century, a significant downturn. This work deals with the Trilateral regions in which, during the last century, were shaped the present-day borders of three countries - Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. The first part of this text is about the history of mining, which is an integral part of the development, up to today's situation. The next part is dealt with the current state of mining in a wider area and so it responds to national development. The paper presents basic characteristics of lignite, which show his quality as a fuel, as well as the possibility of its further use as a natural material. The paper also addresses the reasons for the termination of mining on the German and Czech side and the issue of continuation of mining in the Polish part. Mining brings some environmental issues, which are discussed in two spheres of the environment, that are most affected by mining and subsequent use of lignite. At the end of the paper the documents of visionary strategies for the development of all three states are analyzed. The documents are restricted to the districts in the German and Polish parts of the region and the region on the Czech side.	en
dc.description.abstract	Těžba lignitu zaznamenala v druhé polovině minulého století značný útlum. Tato práce se zabývá trilaterární oblastí, v které se v průběhu minulého století utvářely dnešní hranice tří států ? Spolkové republiky Německo, Polské a České republiky. V první části se píše o historii těžby, která je nedílnou součástí vývoje, až po dnešní stav. Po historii je řešen dnešní stav těžby v širším území a reaguje tak na vývoj národní. Práce uvádí základní charakteristiky lignitu, které vykazují jeho kvalitu jako paliva, dále možnosti využití této přírodní suroviny. Řešeny jsou také důvody ukončení těžby na německé a české straně a problematika pokračování těžby v polské části. Těžba s sebou přináší některé environmentální problémy, které jsou rozebrány ve dvou sférách životního prostředí, jež těžba a následné využívání lignitu bezprostředně a nejvíce ovlivňuje. Na konci práce jsou rozebrány dokumenty výhledových strategií rozvoje území všech tří států omezené na okresy v německé a polské části a na kraj v české části.	cs
