dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with the definition of the succession situation in the company RENOKAR - CNC, s. r. o. and the prediction of the future development. The target of the diploma thesis is to compile a successor plan with a time schedule in the family business RENOKAR - CNC, s. r. o. which will aim to pass on the sceptre to other successors. The first part of this thesis is attached to the theoretical basis of family business and the succession process. In the second part, there is characterized the selected company. At the end of this thesis is created the successor plan of the company which is divided into four parts and uses situation analysis to develop basic information about the company. Furthermore, the steps of share transfers and top management of the company are defined with a draft time schedule.	en
