Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením konkurenceschopnosti podniku Chart Ferox, a.s. Jejím cílem je analyzovat konkurenceschopnost tohoto podniku a navrhnout vhodnou růstovou strategii. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části - teoretickou a praktickou, které se dále dělí na jednotlivé kapitoly. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy konkurenceschopnost, konkurence, konkurenční výhoda, vybrané metody situační analýzy a růstové strategie. Praktická část charakterizuje vybraný podnik a pomocí jednotlivých analýz v rámci situační analýzy vyhodnocuje konkurenceschopnost podniku. V závěru je zvolena vhodná růstová strategie. Dále jsou zde formulovány návrhy vedoucí ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku.
The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the competitiveness of Chart Ferox, a.s. Its aim is to analyze the competitiveness of this company and to propose an appropriate growth strategy. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical, which are further divided into individual chapters. The theoretical part describes the concepts of competitiveness, competition, competitive advantage, selected methods of situational analysis and growth strategies. The practical part characterizes the selected company and evaluates the competitiveness of the company by means of individual analyses within the situational analysis. In the last section, an appropriate growth strategy is chosen. Furthermore, suggestions are formulated to increase the competitiveness for the selected company.
