dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis is concerned with the questions about the evaluation of the capital project, which deals with the reconstruction of the area in Hrádek nad Nisou. There a central store was built as well as the production of VZT air piping, the enlargement of manufacturing capacity and the product assortment for the realisation of building structures were established. The investment mentioned was realized by Pulsklima s.r.o. in 2007. During the diploma thesis processing, findings described in technical literature about investments in general were used. However, it was the methods of assessment and their effectiveness both static and dynamic which it employed the most. These pieces of knowledge were applied to a specific project where the analysis of costs, proceeds and the determination of planned cash flow were fulfiled. Finally some indicators such as a net present value, a profitability rate and an internal rate of return were counted. The rate of profit, risk and liquidity are the crucial factors by which the investment is compared.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení investičního projektu, kterým byla rekonstrukce areálu v Hrádku nad Nisou, kde byl vybudován centrální sklad, výroba VZT potrubí a rozšíření kapacity výroby a sortimentu výrobků pro realizaci staveb. Zmíněná investice byla uskutečněna v roce 2007 firmou Pulsklima s.r.o. Při zpracování diplomové práce byly využity poznatky popsané v odborné literatuře o investicích všeobecně a především o metodách hodnocení jejich efektivnosti a to jak statistické tak dynamické. Tyto poznatky byly aplikovány na konkrétní projekt a byla provedena analýza nákladů, výnosů a určení plánovaných peněžních toků hotovosti. Nakonec byly vypočítány některé ukazatele jako jsou čistá současná hodnota, index rentability a vnitřní výnosové procento. Výnosnost, riziko a likvidita jsou rozhodujícími faktory, podle kterých je investice porovnávána.cs
