Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením profilu absolventa na základě požadavků českých textilních firem. Tento průzkum zahrnuje zjištění vlastností, dovedností a znalostí, které by měli uchazeči - absolventi mít, aby byli pro firmy žádoucí a uspěli tak v přijímacím pohovoru. V práci jsou rozebrány činnosti spojené s řízením lidských zdrojů. Je zde také zahrnuta problematika žen ve vedoucích pozicích a do detailu rozebrán samotný výzkum, který koresponduje s cíli této práce. Z výsledků výzkumu jsou vyvozeny závěry, které mohou být využity jako návod k tomu, čemu se mají studenti věnovat, aby byli v profesním životě úspěšní.
This Bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a graduate´s profile on the basis of czech textile firms` requirements. This research involves the identification of qualities, skills and knowledges which expectants- absolvents should get in order to be wanted by these firms and to be sucessfull in the entrance interview. Activities connected with the human resource mangement are taken into parts at work. Last but not least even women´s problems in the headship are included within this work. The entire research corresponding with the aims of the thesis is detailed taken into pieces too. From the answers of this research are then drawn conclusions. These can be used as useful instructions for students. Infact, they show them what to do to be succesfull in their future professional life.
